I’ll be the first to admit it – I’m more then a little picky. My husband says I’m quite dramatic and I’ll either LOVE or HATE something and I definitely think I’m hard to please when dealing with other businesses. When it came time to sell our house, we knew we needed someone special. Someone that answered our phone calls and emails promptly, someone that tells it how it is and most of all, someone that was experienced. When we met Jamie Swaile from the Terry Isaryk Team we knew he was perfect for us! He definitely stood out with his enthusiasm, sense of humor and most of all, his knowledge. Within a week we had a “FOR SALE” sign on our lawn (a fancy one with lights!!), and within two weeks we had sold our house for more then we had originally hoped! It was easy and for the most part, stress free! The level of comfort we had with Jamie Swaile as our realtor was phenomenal – he definitely went above and beyond what one would expect. I would HANDS DOWN reccomend Jamie to ANYONE if they want an excellent experience selling their house. We definitely couldn’t have done it without him.

Now, the fun doesn’t end here. Just when I thought I was done with Jamie, I received a call from him last week asking me to photograph something special….HIS ENGAGEMENT! He was planning a surprise proposal to his girlfriend Melissa and thought of me to photograph the event! It was the cutest thing….The picture says it all – Congratulations you two! It was, hands down, the sweetest proposal ever!!!
