I must warn my readers that this post is extra long and extra sappy! I was lucky enough to spend this past weekend with a great girl celebrating her Bat Mitzvah – Miss.Leah ! I’ve known Leah since she was 5 and I was her nanny ! When I had my first interview with her family she came up to me and said “Jennifer is my favorite name…I like your nose ring!” and we’ve been great friends ever since. I love Leah for many MANY reasons….She is one of the sweetest girls I have ever met, she is extremely bright and never fails to correct my grammar and spelling, she is beautiful, she is a great friend to me and all of her other friends, she always gives 110%…the list goes on and on! I think about Leah often. I miss waking her up in the morning and having a chat about her crazy dreams, how late she stayed up the previous night, and how she was hoping we could skip school and hang out all day! I miss going out for lunch, shopping, and talking about everything!! I miss her smile that I used to see every day! We have always talked about me photographing her Bat Mitzvah and although she has been waiting a long time for this event, it seemed to come up fast! She has been practicing for months..and months…and she did such an excellent job ! Her party was fabulous and everyone had a great time. In this post, I’ve decided to post mostly family pictures. I know how much Leah’s family means to her (and means to me!!) I love you guys !! Congratulations
